Terms and Conditions of Use for BrandBuzz App

By using the BrandBuzz app, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Content Ownership

All content available on the BrandBuzz app, including text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials, is the property of BrandBuzz or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use includes, but is not limited to, copying, modifying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, or performing the content without prior written consent from BrandBuzz. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.


2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates these terms and conditions or applicable laws, including but not limited to:

1) Using the app for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

2) Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the app’s functionality or servers.

3) Transmitting any viruses, worms, or other malicious code.

4) Using automated bots, scripts, or other deceptive tools to generate fake views, engagements, or interactions within the app.

5) Promoting videos through Telegram groups, bot-generated views, or any other artificial traffic sources. Any such activities will be considered malpractice or misuse, resulting in immediate account deactivation and subscription cancellation.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the BrandBuzz app, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you should immediately notify BrandBuzz support and take steps to secure your account, such as changing your password.


4. App Subscription

Users who subscribe to the BrandBuzz app will receive access to services for a period of 15 years from the date of subscription. After this period, users may need to renew their subscription to continue using the services. Renewal terms, including any fees or updates, will be communicated to users in advance to ensure transparency.

The BrandBuzz app is a paid app. The subscription fee is 599 rupees, which includes GST. Occasionally, the price may vary based on promotional offers, ranging from 299/- to 599/-.

The subscription amount users pay for the BrandBuzz app provides access to offers and discounts from local stores within their hometowns. The primary objective of the app is to connect business owners with customers through offline discounts and offers. This helps users save money by shopping locally with genuine vendors at the best prices. At the same time, the BrandBuzz app also enables business owners to promote their businesses to users through attractive deals, discounts, and offers. Since BrandBuzz platform charges are very low compared to market prices, business owners can also save money by using BrandBuzz as an advertising platform.

Along with its main objective of showcasing discounts and offers, the BrandBuzz app also offers its subscribers an opportunity to earn money by providing 1 or 2 promotional business videos through the app. Users can voluntarily and actively share and promote these videos, earning up to 10,000 rupees based on the number of views their shared videos generate. This feature is valid for 60 days per video.

Another earning feature is through notifications. Merchants or local business owners from subscribers' hometowns or other parts of India can send promotional offers and discounts via notifications using the BrandBuzz platform. Subscribers are paid an amount ranging from 10 paisa to 100 paisa per notification, based on the merchant’s interest. Once a subscriber’s notifications wallet reaches 1,000 rupees, they can withdraw the money from their wallet.

Please note that the availability of notifications is subject to the onboarding process of merchants. As BrandBuzz is working to onboard merchants from various cities in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, it may take some time for subscribers to start receiving notifications. We appreciate your patience as we expand our network.

Withdrawal Rules and Process for Brand Buzz App

  1. Types of Wallets:
    The app has three separate wallets:
    • Video Sharing Wallet: Rewards based on video views.
    • Notification Wallet: Rewards for completing tasks related to app notifications.
    • Referral Wallet: Rewards for referring new subscribers to the app.
  2. Milestone-Based Earnings:
    • Each wallet operates independently and has its own milestone plan.
    • For example, in the Video Sharing Wallet, users are paid 1-5 per video view, depending on their subscription plan. To withdraw funds, users must achieve a minimum of 1,000 views, resulting in earnings between 1,000 and 5,000, based on their subscription tier.
  3. Independent Wallet Milestones:
    • Funds accumulated in different wallets cannot be combined for withdrawal.
    • For instance:
      • 300 in the Notification Wallet,
      • 500 in the Video Sharing Wallet,
      • 200 in the Referral Wallet,
        cannot collectively be withdrawn, as each wallet requires the user to meet its specific milestone independently.
  4. Withdrawal Eligibility:
    • Users can apply for withdrawal only after reaching the milestone for a particular wallet.
    • Example: If the milestone for the Video Sharing Wallet is 1,000 (earned through 1,000 views), the user must hit this milestone to withdraw the amount from that wallet. Partial balances from other wallets are not considered.
  5. Subscription Plan Impact:
    • The earnings per milestone depend on the subscription plan chosen by the user at the time of Subscription.
    • Higher-tier plans may result in higher payouts per video view, referral, or notification completion.



5. Video Marketing Services

Videos uploaded for marketing purposes through the BrandBuzz app are valid for a period of 60 days from the date of upload. After this period, new videos will need to be uploaded for continued marketing efforts.

6. Disclaimers

BrandBuzz makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the content provided through the app. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.


7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BrandBuzz be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.


8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrandBuzz, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the app or your violation of these terms.


9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Andhra Pradesh, India. Any legal issues arising under these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh.


10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

BrandBuzz reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
